instruct the BOCC IT Department to move the electronic benefits files from the
County Clerk s server to the Board of County Commissioners server, effective
July 1, 2017. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner, District No. 2.
4. Discussion
and possible action to approve Roberta Thomas as requisition officer, Le Nguyen
as receiving officer and Jon Wilkerson as approving officer for the Tyler Munis
program, effective July 1, 2017. Requested by Brian Maughan, County
Commissioner, District No. 2.
Oklahoma County Public Improvements and Infrastructure
Committee
5. Discussion and
possible action (to accept, reject, amend, return to
committee, defer, or strike) regarding the
Oklahoma County Public Improvements & Infrastructure Committee's
recommendation that the Oklahoma County Board of County
Commissioners relocate the abstractors from their current location on the
second floor to what was formerly the MIS training room in the Southwest Corner
of the 1st floor. Additionally, the committee
recommends relocating the MIS contingent from the County Clerk s office
into open space within the County Clerk s office to make space for the
newly created BOCC Benefits Department. Requested by Joe R. Blough,
Chairman, Oklahoma County Public Improvements and Infrastructure Committee.
